All our Parts all come with a  60 Day Warranty.

Hitechparts Pty Ltd offers our Return & Exchange Policy under the following Terms and Conditions.

Hitechparts Pty Ltd reserves the rights to refuse the warranty if the item/items if they have physical damage not sustained by Hitechparts Pty Ltd.

Terms and Conditions for Returns / Exchange

–      The item must be returned back to us if it is DOA (Dead on Arrival), has functionality issues, Broken, Damage, etc.

–       Return postage cost is to be paid  by the customer and Hitechparts Pty Ltd will send replacement parts with free postage to the client.

–       You must obtain a tracking number to verify return item delivered to our address. We cannot be liable if the item is misplaced in transit and we dont have a tracking number.

–       You must fill out  our Return Form in order to process the request. Contact us and we will send the form to you

–       Packages without a REF Form/Case Number will not be processed due to verification issues.

–       We require that you to send faulty items within 14 days of the transaction to us.We are not responsible after this time for the warranty.

–       For Batteries you have 2 weeks to contact us. We are not liable for  batteries after this period.

–       We do test all parts prior to shipping. The customer has to take the responsibility of replacing the part carefully. Please not that we highly encourage you to use a qualified technician for any sort of repair. Parts that are damaged during  repair will not be covered by our  warranty.

–       Items that we are exchanging must be in original condition. (Any scratches, cracks, dints or other damage will not be acceptable for exchange and will void warranty)

DOA (Dead on Arrival) is for items that are deemed faulty, broken, damaged or otherwise incorrect within 7 days of the original invoice date. Replacement part/parts will be sent out immediately (Subject to stock availability) apon the reception of the faulty part.  Please send an e-mail to for any inquiries relating to product returns & exchange.

(Packages with No Name or Order ID will take longer time to process and sometimes will not process due to verification issues)
